Form grinding

Roll wear causes the roll shape change over time leading to quality and runnability issues. Form grinding is used to repair shape and geometry errors such as

Finishing is employed to refine surface roughness and eliminate minor impurities, offering:

• Surface roughness control to desired Ra (and Rz) values
• Thorough surface cleaning
